- Install new breathable membrane
- Install new Welsh natural slate
- Install code 5 lead ridge and copings
- Install code 5 lead straps
- Install code 5 lead box gutter with timber lead roll detail
Flat roof:
- Install 2 layers hot asphalt roof covering
- Install solar reflective coating
- Install code 5 lead flashings to all roof/wall abutments
- Install code 5 lead flashings to parapet and top of wall/roof edge
